MTS Advantage is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned (SDVOSB) Joint Venture (JV) that was established to offer combined services and provide critical program management and engineering support services to the Federal Government. MTSA is a Small Business Administration (SBA) Mentor-Protégé Joint Venture between protégé TIME Systems (8(a), SDB, and SDVOSB) and mentor Millennium Corporation (SDB, SDVOSB). The SBA approved the Mentor-Protégé Agreement between TIME and Millennium in October 2016.

The SBA Mentor-Protégé program provides our clients access to the combined, proven, and low-risk capabilities of a SB protégé and mentor while retaining the ability to receive SB contracting credit. MTSA brings multiple advantages to the Federal Government customer, to including integrated corporate resources that combine the agility and flexibility of TIME Systems as an emerging small business, with the stability and established support structure provided by Millennium. This is a clear advantage for performance risk reduction for a small business.


MTSA has structured combined efforts, organization, and resources around four Practice Areas that are solidified and reinforced by proven methodologies and capabilities to accomplish our mission of providing solutions for our customers.   • Cybersecurity Full Spectrum Solutions
    MTSA works with customers to evaluate the needs of the organization and provide a tailored Cyber Security strategy. By thinking like the aggressor, we provide Certified Red Team / Penetration Testing Services, Enterprise Risk & Vulnerability Assessments, Incident Response, and Cybersecurity Consulting to challenge and secure mission plans, and operational environments.
