VP Business Development
Bruce Goldstein serves as the VP of Business Development at Millennium Corporation. As the VP of BD, he is responsible for all aspects of corporate growth, which includes business development strategy, capture and proposal management. Bruce brings over 10 years of defense industry experience providing senior-level advisory services, leading operational client support efforts, and successfully capturing business across the federal marketplace.
Bruce served for 22 years as a U.S. Air Force Officer. Bruce’s Air Force career included tours on the Air Force Pentagon Staff as an Air-to-Ground Weapons Program Element Monitor, Chief of the Office of Defense Cooperation in the U.S. Embassy in Prague, Czech Republic, and multiple tours in the acquisition career field, to include Program Management assignments in the Joint Air-to-Air Missile, C4ISR, and Joint NBC Defense arenas. Following the Air Force, Bruce joined Booz Allen Hamilton as an Associate. Bruce originally joined Millennium Corporation in 2008 and served as a Director of Operations. Following his departure, he served as a Sr. Business Development and Program Director with Alion Science and Technology. Bruce ultimately decided to return to Millennium Corporation, with a focus on business development.
Bruce possesses a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from University of Maryland University College, a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from St. Mary’s University of Texas, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial and Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certified in Program Management (Level III) and Systems Engineering (Level II). Additionally, he serves as a regular guest lecturer in defense industry matters and acquisition program management for the Naval Postgraduate School’s International Defense Acquisition Resource Management (NPS IDARM) school in Monterrey, CA.
