Army PEO IEW&S HQ Support

Millennium provides direct support to the Army Program Executive Office Intelligence Electronic Warfare & Sensors (PEO IEW&S) $12B portfolio of 75 C4ISR (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance) acquisition programs and projects and frequent interface requirements with other C4ISR organizations. In 2015, Millennium performed acquisition and contract support services; budget planning and execution, and performance management; process improvement; and strategic planning. Tom Maras was recognized for his support in the development of the solicitation for the Persistent Surveillance Systems – Tethered (PSS-T).

“Your folks did an especially outstanding job. They have clearly thought through many challenging issues and had well-crafted approaches to manage all of the issues. Although there is much work to accomplish before we make an award this program has all of the makings of an “Acquisition Excellence” – Team award nominee. From the great work on establishing government IP rights (original 0% – now almost 95%), to moving this from a sole source to competitive arena, to setting this up as a small-business set aside. It really shows how much the government team can accomplish when we are all in sync, pulling in the same direction”.
