Kevin N. Jennings, US Army officer (Retired) and Cedric D. Henry, US Navy officer (Retired), founded Millennium in 2004.Â Kevin served in various program management positions in the Armyâ€™s Acquisition Corps, including a vital role as a Department of the Army Select Product Manager for PEO Ammunition. Cedric held numerous positions in contracting and logistics management, with crucial experience as a Program Manager for US Navy Destroyer Experiment-Next Generation (DDX) for Defense Contracting Management Agency (DCMA).
