Steven Ware is Vice President of Tech Support and Operations. He joined Millennium with more than 20 years of high-profile leadership and management experience as a senior United States Army Officer. Mr. Ware possesses exemplary team building, communication, technical, and organizational skills. He lends Millennium his superior expertise in skills such as:

• Strategic management
• Human resource management
• Multifunctional logistics integration
• Multi-modal transportation
• Supply chain and distribution management

Prior to joining Millennium, Mr. Ware held several key positions in the U.S. Army including service as the International Logistics Staff Integrator for the Department of Defense (DoD) Joint Staff where he was the Project lead for a Deputy Secretary of Defense working group resulting in the timely delivery of over $4 billion dollars of force protection equipment to Central Command Forces in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Mr. Ware holds a B.S. from Illinois State University as well as an extensive military education.
