Quality Assurance Plan

Millennium considers Quality Assurance and management from inception and throughout every phase of our projects. The primary methods of assuring the quality of services are appropriate advance planning, assignment of sufficient qualified staff resources, provision of appropriate tools, and establishment of rigorous program and project management techniques. Millennium ensures quality by incorporating proven QA and management practices by leveraging Millennium’s organizational set of standard processes to quickly integrate quality into the work. This process is used throughout the clients we support. Quality Assurance is the bedrock from which we provide excellent service to our clients through every phase of the project.

Methods for integrating quality assurance during the execution of tasks are also part of our comprehensive approach. We have assembled a Quality Assurance Review Board (QARB) made up of our most experienced professionals from throughout Millennium. The board serves as a quality control check for key deliverables and ensures an integrated approach to all recommendations. Our proven process for quality management identifies problems early on in the process allowing Millennium to mitigate or eliminated these issues, which might compromise our ability to perform in accordance with cost, schedule, and performance. Our approach includes:

Develop a Quality Management Plan;

  • Establish and monitor metrics for project objectives in regards to cost, schedule and performance;
  • Utilize proven quality management processes to monitor and assess performance;
  • Work with stakeholders to establish objectives and decide the frequency of quality assessments and reporting policies;
  • Ensure sub-contractors understand Millennium’s quality management plan and client objectives; and
  • Conduct periodic Quality Management Reviews.

Millennium’s approach to providing Quality Assurance establishes quality controls during the entire lifecycle of a task. This approach to Quality Assurance promotes the delivery of reliable, complete, and accurate products by minimizing errors through Quality Planning, Quality Control, and Quality Improvement processes.
