Millennium received excellent ratings for undertaking the following challenges

Provided total Life Cycle management support to include Business Operations Support, System Engineering, and
   Program Planning consistent with cost, schedule, and performance objectives

Led the convergence of the Joint Intelligence Operations Center - Iraq (JIOC-I) quick reaction capability (QRC)
   into the DCGS-A formal acquisition process

Led the integration and deployment of applications/services and systems engineering support

Produced all manner of project core documentation, including cost analysis and estimating, budget analysis and
   documentation, and program/budget scheduling

Developed a comprehensive transition plan encompassing sensitive information technology and detailed program tasks

PM Fusion & Software Applications

Provided total Life Cycle management support and Program Planning consistent with cost, schedule, and performance objectives

Serviced new requirements for software fielding/de-fielding, test and evaluation, funding, and manpower planning

Led Integrated Product Teams charged with transition and de-fielding Program of Records (POR)

Provided analysis, synthesis, and integration of data from programmatic, engineering, test & evaluation, and
   configuration management activity to track progress against requirements

Supported the DCGS-A Engineering Review and Functional Capabilities Boards in POR transition

PM Fixed & Mobile

Provided total Life Cycle management support and Program Planning
