Millennium's experienced management team possesses collectively over fifty years of senior level DoD expertise in program management, contracting and logistics. We are a customer-focused organization of experienced managers and staff. Our management team possesses Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Level III certifications in both Program and Contract Management. We possess Top Secret clearances, Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification and Professional Human Resource (PHR) certification. The company currently holds a TS SCI facility clearance, as well as individual TS SCI clearances.

Chief Operations Officer

Cedric Henry is COO and has helped grow Millennium Corporation to one of the nation's premier government professional services firms. Prior to co-founding Millennium, Mr. Henry retired from the U.S. Navy following 20 years of exemplary service. His key areas of expertise include:

Managing procurement and acquisitions
Logistics
Strategic planning
Information Technology
Contract management

Mr. Henry brings to Millennium Corporation an extensive knowledge of Department of Defense programs and has provided major acquisition programs with life cycle management support, including, acquisition strategy planning, budget execution, and risk management plans. He has held numerous additional leadership assignments, including Program Manager for Navy Next Generation Destroyer (DDX) and Manager of the Corporate Contract Division for the Defense Supply Center(Philadelphia, PA).

Mr. Henry holds a B.A. from Georgia Southern University as well as an extensive military education.
