As VP of Corporate Services, Christina Mansfield is responsible for company-wide delivery of HR, Recruitment and IT services to include:  Talent Acquisition, On-Boarding, Performance Management, Training & Development, Benefits and Compensation, Compliance, and IT solutions.  Recent special projects with large-scale organizational impact include the creation and implementation of “The Millennium Experience” culture, strategic recruitment upgrades to promote revenue generation, workforce analysis and restructuring, auditing and remediation activities, establishment of the Millennium Competency Model, Millennium University, 360 Feedback Process, and serving as Project Manager for the Office 365 and SharePoint13 implementation.

Christina has 14 years of experience providing HR services to businesses.  Prior to joining Millennium, she functioned as a Human Resources Consultant and a Vice President of Human Resources in a Mergers & Acquisitions environment.  She is experienced in start-up, turnaround and aggressive growth environments.  She has been responsible for HR operations in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico and Dubai, with organizations exceeding 6,000 employees.  She has been consistently successful at driving operational improvement by leading people, building teams, adopting project management discipline, developing streamlined processes, implementing technology, identifying external partnerships, rationalizing resources and aligning activities with business goals.  She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Human Resources Management from Kings College.
