Sr. Director, Operations

As Sr. Director of Operations, Chris is responsible for the operational performance of existing efforts and continued revenue growth in the company’s Army business sector.  Chris leads Millennium efforts in the Washington DC area, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ, and Redstone Arsenal, AL, serving customers that include PM DoD Biometrics, PM Terrestrial Sensors, PM Close Combat Systems, PM Soldier Weapons, PM Utility Helicopter and divisions within the Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM).

Prior to joining the Millennium Team, Chris served 25 years as an Infantry and Acquisition Officer in the United States Army.  Chris’s acquisition assignments included management responsibilities as an Assistant Product Manager in PEO Intelligence, Electronic Warfare and Sensors and as the Product Manager for Air Traffic Control in PEO Aviation.  Staff assignments included serving as a Department of the Army Systems Coordinator (DASC) in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition Logistics and Technology (ASAALT) and as a Deputy Division Chief in the J8 on the Joint Staff.  Prior to being assessed into the Army Acquisition Corps, Chris served as an Infantry Officer in various command and staff assignments in Airborne and Ranger Infantry units.  He is a member of the Army Acquisition Corps, DAWIA level 3 certified in Program Management, holds a Master’s Degree from Webster University in Acquisition and Program Management, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
