VP. Business Development

Mr. Jack Koster is Vice President for Strategic Development and Planning for Millennium Corporation and is responsible for the development of near, mid and long term for growing the corporation. Mr. Koster develops and implements organizational structure and strong foundation to support the growth of the company. He provides guidance and discipline to the organization to obtain future vision, goals and objectives, implements processes, pursue and capture potential work, successfully drafts proposals and task orders. He lends Millennium his superior expertise in skills such as:

• Systems Engineer
• Software Development Management
• Contract Management
• DAWIA Level III Certification

Prior to joining Millennium, Mr. Koster spent the last 18 years in the Army Acquisition Corps. As an Army select Program Manager, he was responsible for a multi-year, multi-million dollar programs, managed over 50 industry prime contractors, and was accountable for over 240 project budget execution and obligation plans.

Mr. Koster holds a MA, MBA from Babson College as well as an extensive military background.
