The WEBS contract vehicle provides the NVESD with rapid design, development, testing, training, deployment, operation and sustainment services for prototype and advanced prototype technologies. WEBS prime contractors have been recognized for their ability to support a broad array of highly-technical research, operations, and business requirements originating from NVESD and its numerous customers throughout the DoD. Within the US Army, end users of WEBS services include the Rapid Equipping Force (REF), Program Executive Officer for Intelligence, Electronic Warfare and Sensors (PEO IEW&S), PEO Soldier, PEO Ammunition, and PEO Aviation. Other DoD organizations with needs aligned to NVESD’s mission areas may also utilize WEBS prime contractors’ expertise through this Multiple-Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (MA IDIQ) contract.
