Kevin Jennings, President and CEO
As President/CEO and founding partner, Kevin is responsible for driving forward Millennium Corporationâ€™s mission of being an industry leader in integrated business and scalable technology solutions. Kevin is also responsible for the strategic vision and the short and long-term profitability and growth of the company.
Kevin holds a B.S. from Virginia State University, a M.S. from Florida Institute of Technology, and is DAWIA Level III certified in Program Management and a Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt, making him a proven authority in technical and managerial proficiency.
A veteran member of the U.S. Army Acquisition Corps, prior to founding Millennium, Kevin spent more than 22 years acquiring in-depth knowledge of the Armyâ€™s War-fighting doctrine and then transitioning those skills to the acquisition profession, culminating his career as a Department of Army Product Manager responsible for cost, schedule and performance of a $1.3 Billion Research and Development and Production program.
Kevin brings more than 20 years of senior-level experience in program management, strategic planning, system engineering, as well as extensive operational expertise. He has instilled a culture of high quality and superior customer satisfaction within Millennium Corporation. This has directly led to the rapid growth and being recognized in 2010, 2012 and 2013 by INC 500 as one of the fastest growing private companies in the Nation.
Cedric Henry, Chief Operations Officer
Cedric is Chief Operating Officer at Millennium and has helped grow the corporation into one of the nation's premier government professional services firms. A co-founding member of the company, Cedric served 20 years of exemplary service in the U.S. Navy, where he developed his skills in Department of Defense programs.
In addition to an extensive and world class military education, Cedric holds a BA from Georgia Southern University and brings to Millennium unrivalled experience, knowledge and expertise. He has held numerous leadership assignments, including Program Manager for Defense Contracts Management Command (Manassas, Virginia) in support of the U.S. Navyâ€™s DDG 1000â€™s system design and 11 engineering development models (EDM). He also lead the Strategic Contracts Division for the Defense Supply Center (Philadelphia, PA). Cedric is DAWIA Level III certified in Contracts Management and holds several certificates from the Defense Acquisition University.
Cedricâ€™s impressive resume includes providing major acquisition programs with life cycle management support, including acquisition strategy planning, budget execution, and risk management plans. Among his key areas of expertise are managing Procurement and Acquisitions; Logistics; Strategic Planning; Information Technology and Contract Management.
Steven Ware, Executive VP, Technical Support and Operations
As Executive Vice President of Tech Support and Operations, Steven joined Millennium with more than 20 years of high-profile leadership and management experience as a senior United States Army Officer. Steven holds a B.S. from Illinois State University and has an extensive military education. Before joining the Millennium team, he held several key positions in the U.S. Army, including service as International Logistics Staff Integrator for the Department of Defense (DoD) Joint Staff. Steven excelled in this position of Project Lead for a Deputy Secretary of Defense working group and, amongst his many achievements, ensured the timely delivery of over $4 billion dollars of force protection equipment to Central Command Forces in Iraq and Afghanistan. In addition to possessing exemplary team building, communication, technical, and organizational skills, Steven lends Millennium his superior expertise in areas such as strategic, human resource, and supply chain and distribution management, as well as multifunctional logistics integration and multi-modal transportation
Thomas J. DuBois, VP, DoD
As VP, North East Region, Tom is responsible for a wide variety of clients in diverse industries across New Jersey, Virginia, Maryland and Arizona. Joining the Millennium team in January 2007, Tom brings with him over 22 years of Leadership and Crisis Action Management experience as a senior US Army Officer.
Holding a B.S. from the State University of New York at Brockport, Tom also benefits from an extensive military education. Prior to joining Millennium he held a myriad of key leadership and staff positions in U.S. Army operational units deployed overseas and within the continental United States. Most notably, he excelled as Deputy Chief of Future Operations, US Army CENTCOM, Bagram, Afghanistan. In this role, he effectively synchronized both Governmental and non-Governmental organizations during the planning and execution of Coalition support to the Constitutional Loya Jirga, the National Voter Registration and the Disarmament, Demobilization and Reintegration of the Afghan National Army.
In addition to Tomâ€™s open, positive, and common sense leadership style that focuses on motivating team members to meet and exceed organizational goals, he is a dependable professional with excellent communications skills. Experienced and comfortable in public meetings, briefing senior management and thriving in high stress situations, Tom lends Millennium his expertise in Operational Employment of ISR systems, Life Cycle Management, Program of Record Migration and Crisis Action Planning.
Dalila Wortman, VP Civil and Emerging Markets
Dalila joins Millennium Corporation as Vice President of Civil and Emerging Markets, continuing her already accomplished career in the IT systems and engineering arena. Dalila brings over 30 years of experience with information technology and enterprise-wide systems development with her. Prior to joining Millennium, Dalila spent 24 years at Lockheed Martin before leaving her position as Director of Engineering in the In-formation Systems & Global Solutions Business Area. Dalila has led P&L organizations, leading teams of engineers in solving Defense and Civil-ian agency customersâ€™ toughest problems. She was involved in five mergers and acquisitions efforts, bringing in and acculturating new organizations into the LM Information Technology business group. She was closely involved with helping to grow the IT business in LM from $100M to $10B, by engaging in developing strategic plans, building technical capabilities, identifying and owning key targets and scaling the organization to meeting growing business needs.
Dalila holds a Masterâ€™s of Science degree in Engineering from Virginia Tech University and a B.S. in Computer Science from The Catholic University in Washington, D.C. Along with her academic qualifications, Dalila has held several functional management positions, including leading the CTO Emerging Technology Development efforts, â€śLM21â€ť Lean Affordability Initiatives, Strategic Technical Workforce Capabilities Manning and Deployment, Science Technology Engineering Math (STEM) programs, and having extensive experience with all business functional areas featuring Technical, Leadership, Business Development and Capture, and Strategic Staffing. In her position of VP, Dalila will expand and enhance Millenniumâ€™s business into new areas of Information Technology in order to develop efficient and affordable solutions to Millenniumâ€™s clients.
